NEW PHONE POLICY

We have slightly changed our phone policy to improve our customer service and we need your help to make it a smooth transition. We now have three numbers for you to call to get the service you need:

1. 949-786-3000 
• Signing up for events
• Checking courts after Court Director hours
• Pro Shop
2. 949-786-LOVE 
• This is the Court Director's number and must be called to reserve courts or request a match with the Court Directors. (Note:  Front Desk will not transfer your call to the Court Directors - you must call the Court Directors directly)
• You can also reserve courts and request matches online at www.eclubconnect.com/rci
3. 949-786-3001 *NEW NUMBER
• Management
• Sales Dept.
• Accounting
• The Grill
• Club rental

We hope this will make it easy to get to the correct staff and eliminate the front desk from being the middle man for calls. Thanks for your help and don't forget to re-program your phones with these numbers.
